Ikea

Rachael loves to go to Ikea, everytime when we ask her where she likes to go, she says Ikea. We ask her Why? She says Ikea has a lot of things to play with. But we never let her play in the Smaland before, we are just puzzled.

On the past Wednesday evening, we went to Ikea and fulfilled Rachael's wish. Mike and I had our dinner at the restaurant. We had the all-time favourite Swedish meatball and chicken wings - Yummy! Though Rachael already had her dinner at mum's house, she ate the chicken wings too. After dinner, she dashed to the children corner where there was a lot of soft toys. She grabbed them, touched them and even wore them on her head. These are the pictures that prove my saying.

She also loves those spots with games/puzzles in between each department. She would ask us to wait for her to solve the puzzles before we proceed to the next stop. Well, this could add on to the point why she loves Ikea so much as she could have fun and freedom to wander around.

We had an enjoyable evening at Ikea that day and Rachael was satisfied. We asked her in the car on the way home, "Rachael, are you happy that we come to Ikea?" Her answer was "YES!"
